Dr Antony Hofer
Dr Antony Hofer heads up the Gauteng division on F.S.D.A. and brings his experience and background together to form a successful team of highly qualified team members.
Dr Antony Hofer is a 3rd Dan Karate Sensei from Seiwaikai Goju Ryu South Africa and a registered International Instructor . Dr Antony has also completed military hand to hand combat training and the Family Awareness training from the USA. His early martial arts experience and military infantry training in 1979 and 1980 become a valuable experience. As well as a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Antony has always continued his education and teaching has now been steered into the need for personal safety and security. His relationship with close colleagues who have also provided valuable skills in personal security and safety , made the business relationship grow into a reliable self defence company.
